SEO/SEM, Web & Digital Operations Specialist

SuBo LLC is a fast-growing full-service marketing agency based in Louisville, KY, and we’re searching for a digital marketing rockstar who thrives in SEO, SEM, website management, CRM integrations, and paid social lead generation. 🌟 WHAT YOU'LL DO

🔍 SEO & SEM

- Execute and optimize SEO/SEM strategies for multiple clients

- Monitor keyword rankings, analytics, and campaign performance

- Recommend improvements to drive continuous visibility and traffic growth

💻 Website Management & Performance

- Build, update, and maintain websites (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.)

- Conduct daily performance checks to ensure everything is functioning perfectly

- Quickly troubleshoot and fix technical or integration issues

🔗 CRM & System Integrations

- Manage CRM systems to ensure leads, automations, and pipelines are flowing smoothly

- Verify all systems are connected (website → ads → CRM → reporting)

- Confirm daily that all leads are being captured, tagged, assigned, and tracked properly

- Work closely with our Account Supervisor to support client operations

📣 Meta Business Manager, Lead Generation & Paid Social Ads

- Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram lead generation campaigns

- Experience working inside Meta Business Manager including Ads Manager, Events Manager, audiences, pixels, and conversions

- Ensure proper tracking, lead routing, and attribution into CRM systems

- Perform daily checks to confirm ads are running correctly and leads are flowing into the right pipelines

- Troubleshoot issues with tracking, forms, integrations, or ad delivery

🛒 E-Commerce & Marketplace Setup

- Build and optimize e-commerce websites

- Set up integrations with Amazon, Shopify, and additional third-party marketplaces

- Ensure full synchronization of product feeds, inventory, and tracking

🤝 Team Collaboration

- Coordinate daily with our Account Supervisor

- Maintain organized workflows and clear communication

- Support client success with proactive problem-solving and digital expertise

💼 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

- Strong experience in SEO, SEM, CRM management, website development, and paid social advertising

- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, lead ads, conversion tracking, and CRM funnels

- Solid understanding of analytics, pixels, events, and advanced integrations

- Familiarity with e-commerce and marketplace setup

- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

- A team player who thrives in a flexible, remote-first environment
